With continuous efforts to promote occupational safety and health policies, there were no occupational accidents or injuries in 2024, demonstrating the company's effective safety management. To prevent injuries and promote employee health, we offer annual free health check-ups, monthly on-site medical services, regular environmental monitoring, and educational training, fostering a sense of workplace safety and a healthy environment.

Through a comprehensive talent development system, enriched educational training, and overall professional development, assist employees in enhancing professional skills and career development potential, enabling them to quickly integrate into the team and showcase their strengths, thereby strengthening organizational competitiveness.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, conduct job competency reviews for key personnel, and provide corresponding training plans. Apply annually for relevant resources from the Ministry of Labor's training development and obtain approval.
To strengthen organizational cohesion and implement a succession team, we will fully launch the talent succession plan in 2024. Through the four major strategies of 'system online, training implementation, platform activation, and system formation,' we will cultivate key talents for each department.
Main achievements in 2024:
- Match the current situation against the target competencies, quantify gaps, and design diverse training (courses, projects, academic advancement, rotations).
- Select employees to attend external professional courses, seminars, and industry visits based on skill gaps.
- Support employees' advanced studies and provide partial tuition assistance.
- Establish an AI human resources system, introduce KPI assessments and competency evaluation metrics to optimize the employee training system.
- Dual-track layout (external recruitment + internal transfer) to establish succession teams.
- Collaborate with schools to establish a 'Talent Development Center,' providing a two-year integrated theoretical and practical training program and internship.
Our company has a comprehensive performance management and career development evaluation system. Through the 'Performance Management Regulations' and competency planning books, as well as evaluation systems, we ensure that employees' personal development aligns with the company's overall operational goals. Through regular performance evaluations, we assess employees' work performance, goal achievement, and competency development, using the results as an important basis for salary rewards and promotions, thereby motivating employees to continue improving and growing.
Performance evaluation in 2024:
- A total of 224 employees participated in the company's performance evaluation, accounting for about 91% of the total number of 247 employees.
- Participation rate of senior management (above managerial level) and middle management (supervisory level) in assessments reaches 100%
- For basic managers and general employees, the proportions are 94% and 89-90% respectively.
To promote synchronized growth between employees and the enterprise, periodically assess employees' core competencies and professional skills through competency planning books and assessment mechanisms. Provide appropriate feedback and training resources based on these assessments to help employees recognize their strengths and development directions, thereby enhancing overall competitiveness.
