Congratulations to our managers and colleagues who have successfully completed their in-service master’s degree programs. This is not only the best proof of their personal dedication and perseverance, but also an important achievement in HYEC Electric’s commitment to talent development and sustainable management.

HYEC Electric was honored to welcome the faculty members and business leaders from the NCCU EMBA Global Chinese Business Program for an on-site visit and exchange. Our General Manager, James Chan, and Chief Sustainability Officer, Yu-Shuo Chan, are also currently enrolled in the NCCU EMBA Global Chinese Business Program. They specially invited their classmates to visit HYEC Electric and jointly explore the importance of electricity in corporate operations, industrial development, and sustainable transformation.

This year, HYEC Electric continues to promote sustainable dining initiatives, inviting colleagues to take part in a plant-based lifestyle starting from lunch. By choosing less meat and more fruits and vegetables, we can reduce the environmental impact of our diets while practicing a more Earth-friendly way of living through our everyday meals.

Hong Yu Electric Machinery has successfully obtained ISO 14067 Product Carbon Footprint Certification ✨, establishing carbon emission data and a traceable management mechanism throughout the entire product life cycle 🍃. This achievement lays a solid foundation for low-carbon smart manufacturing, while advancing net-zero sustainability steadily through intelligent and digital transformation 💡.

Through microgrid system presentations, on-site demonstrations, and interactive sharing sessions, participants gained deeper insights into the integrated applications of solar power, EV charging, and energy storage, as well as practical smart energy management solutions. The event featured lively discussions, with guests actively asking questions and exchanging ideas, reflecting a strong interest in and high expectations for the future of energy transition.

For this event, we specially selected organic vegetables from Yulin Farm and locally sourced sustainable ingredients, combined with a shared dining style. Starting from the idea of “less meat, more greens,” we aimed to reduce food miles and carbon emissions while supporting local farmers and the development of sustainable agriculture. 🥬✨

Hong Yu Electric Machinery continues to put ESG sustainability principles into action through meaningful initiatives. This year, we once again invited employees and their families to join us in protecting the marine environment by participating in the 2nd Beach Cleanup Event.

On the day of the event, everyone participated with great enthusiasm. Through our collective efforts, we successfully cleaned up 24 bags of marine waste, totaling 87.4 kilograms, contributing our part to protecting Taiwan’s coastline 💚

Putting SDGs into action to protect the environment 🏔️
Hong Yu Electric Machinery joined hands with the Electrical Engineers Mountaineering Team to step into nature together! This mountain clean-up activity was joined not only by professional engineers and their families, but also by enthusiastic colleagues. Through hands-on litter collection and designated recycling efforts ♻️, everyone worked together to preserve the natural beauty of the mountains and put the spirit of ESG into practice on every inch of land.

Hong Yu Electric Machinery is honored to participate in the “Net-Zero Just Transition” initiative promoted by the New Taipei City Government. During the event, we shared our achievements in smart energy applications and introduced our practical experience and innovative technologies in the field of microgrids.
