In response to the International Day for Biological Diversity, Hong Yu Electric hosted a low-carbon vegetarian lunch under the theme “Sustainable Lunch: Changing the World, One Meal at a Time.” Employees were invited to take part in this initiative and put ESG and sustainability values into practice through everyday dietary choices.

This event featured organic vegetables from Yu Lin Farm and locally sourced, eco-friendly ingredients. Served in a shared-table format, the lunch encouraged everyone to start with the idea of “less meat, more greens”—helping reduce food miles and carbon emissions while supporting local small farmers and the development of sustainable agriculture. 🥬✨

Colleagues gathered around the table to enjoy the meal together, strengthening team connections while experiencing the value of green living through meaningful action. 🥗✨
