In response to corporate governance and sustainable development trends, to strengthen the supervisory function of the board of directors in the ESG aspect, the company approved the establishment of the Sustainable Development Committee on December 24, 2025, by the board of directors.
The committee, authorized by the board of directors, assists in continuously promoting sustainable development to achieve sustainable business objectives, focusing on prudent management and loyalty to the following duties reported to the board of directors:
1. Responsibilities of the committee:
(1) Formulate and promote the company's sustainable development (including ESG) policies and strategies, directions, and propose specific management guidelines and promotion plans.
(2) Track, inspect, and revise the execution status and effectiveness of the annual sustainable development plan.
(3) Annually report the execution results to the board of directors.
(4) Supervise the disclosure of sustainable information and review sustainable reports, greenhouse gas inventories, etc.
(5) Other matters decided by the board of directors to be handled by the committee.
