HYEC Electric continues to place great importance on employees’ physical and mental well-being and workplace care. To enhance colleagues’ health awareness and self-care abilities, we specially invited lecturers from Kang Ning Hospital to host the “Health Starts Now” seminar. The course covered practical topics such as cancer prevention concepts, identifying warning signs from the body, and preventing office syndrome, helping colleagues integrate health management into their daily lives and work.
During the event, colleagues participated enthusiastically and actively interacted with the lecturers, creating a lively atmosphere 🙋♀️🙋♂️ Through professional explanations and real case sharing, everyone gained a deeper understanding of cancer prevention, body warning signs, and office health care, while also learning many practical self-care methods that can be applied immediately!
